Once you have your great new solution from us, it’s important to make sure its running just as it should be all the time, so it’s imperative that regular service visits are carried out to ensure its tip top! You wouldn’t buy a new car and not both to service that would you? By having a maintenance contract, regular maintenance visits should highlight and reduce defects and give you peace of mind and support if something does go wrong with your system. Also be aware some warranties may be void if you don’t have carry out regular service checks on the equipment.
But we can make it even easier for you. Often businesses have different agreements from all sorts of different service providers and of course trying to manage all of those maintenance contracts for your intruder alarm, CCTV, access control, fire alarms, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers can be a right pain. If it is a new installation, remember even with new equipment, the warranties may not always cover all call outs. In fact, a great advantage of our umbrella agreements is that we can offer an option of including a number of call-outs for you and these are across the range of services. Now that’s not something you can do with individual maintenance agreements.*
